Children's Dentistry is a Medicaid provider in Las Vegas and Pahrump. All of our locations accept Medicaid insurance. Medicaid covers most dental benefits for children up to age 21. This includes exams, x rays, preventative, dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and sedation services. For recipients over the age of 21, Medicaid limits coverage to emergency services. Children's Dentistry is also a provider for Amerigroup insurance. Similar to Medicaid, Amerigroup insurance covers most dental services for children up to the age of 21. This includes dental exam, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and sedation. Medicaid and Amerigroup both cover orthodontic services for children up to age 21. Our Las Vegas and Pahrump locations are now offering orthodontic services. Under the new Affordable Care Act, Nevada is expanding Medicaid coverage to eligible children.
