About us
Dr. Chip Moore joins Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics with a comprehensive background in orthopedics and hand surgery. He completed medical school at UNT Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, his residency at SSM Health at Saint Anthony Hospital, and his hand surgery fellowship at Integris Baptist Hospital. Dr. Moore has contributed to numerous research projects and presentations, including studies on hip arthroplasties and case reports on complex orthopedic conditions. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his participation in advanced trauma life support and other specialized training. Dr. Moore also volunteers on medical missions in Kenya and Guatemala to local community service in Texas.
