I had constant problems with "Choice Ticketing." Just to list a few:
1. Couldn't get logged in for the first week
2. Ticket processing was EXTREMELY slow and all I got was loop arounds and tricks to try to fix the problem
3. Support was comprised of college kids that really didn't know much about the system and had me on hold most of the time.
4. Too expensive for lots of problems and product value.
