About us
Dr. Holmes is a hematologist and associate director of the thrombosis and hemostasis program at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Holmes serves as the Director of the Vermont Regional Hemophilia Treatment Center, and is an associate professor and is the chief of the Hematology/Oncology Division at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT.
