About us
Christina practices from an integrative approach that includes client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused techniques. Christina provides individual and group therapy with a focus on teaching those in recovery the skills needed to stay sober as well as how to navigate various situations without turning to substances or other addictive behaviors. Christina believes that everyone has a story and everyone’s situation is different, and as such collaborates with her clients in developing treatment plans that are realistic, attainable, and individualized based on where her clients are in their lives.
