CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospice offers 24/7 hospital-based hospice care in San Marcos, TX and is dedicated to providing quality physical, psycho-social and spiritual care to patients with terminal illnesses. With the option to receive care in-home or in a nursing facility, an individualized care plan is developed for each patient and will identify the medical equipment, treatments and medication necessary to provide high quality comfort care.
