Church Hill and Fairmount House offer affordable housing to seniors age 62 plus and those with disabilities in the heart of the historic Church Hill district of Richmond. This fully renovated former furniture warehouse features spacious efficiency, one bedroom , and two bedroom apartments. The property facilities include a nicely appointed library and community room. Both include cable television for the enjoyment of our residents. The center courtyard is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book and conversation.
