Hi Kevin,
Susan has been great so far. I am surprised at how thorough the refinance process has been, even more stringent it appears than when we first bought our house 5 years ago. Hello Kevin,

I did feel as if I received a 5 star experience. Billy went out of his way to make sure I understood all the technical terms and was extremely honest about fees, etc. It was obvious he was honest and cared about providing me with truthful information rather than just selling me a service. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially a first time homebuyer like myself.
