Cindy Fortado-Clark, MD

Cindy Fortado-Clark, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, FAA exams, pre-employment physicals and manages acute and chronic conditions. She treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety and depression, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, obesity, osteoporosis and urinary tract infections. She also provides insulin pump management, vitamin therapy and prescribes weight loss medications.

Dr. Fortado-Clark is a dedicated healthcare professional who prioritizes the well-being of her patients and their families. Dr. Fortado-Clark grew up in Jacksonville, Illinois and enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, reading, puzzles, crafts and baking.

Dr. Fortado-Clark earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria and completed her family medicine residency at Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois.
