Locally owned and operated since 1939, we have built a reputation with the locals for having the best-baked goods in Sheboygan! Here at City Bakery, we pride ourselves for being home of the exclusive hearth-baked rolls and breads, authentic Fleishbrok and Bavarian pretzels, and our legendary Sheboygan hard rolls. We specialize in breads, cakes, pastries, and artisan treats! All are created from scratch using a pre-ferment and baked in our brick hearth oven with a generous amount of steam.
