About us
CityDance is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists and innovators, and igniting a lifelong passion for dance in movers everywhere. With five training facilities across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, thousands of students each week —from beginners to professionals—experience the transformative power of dance. The CityDance Conservatory division offers a rigorous curriculum for ages 7-19 in classical ballet, contemporary and commercial dance. Through our Studios division, thousands of students, from 18 months to adults, engage in weekly classes, workshops, and summer programs spanning a broad array of dance genres for both new and experienced dancers.
