My name is Clayton. I'm a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. As we work together we will establish trust as we explore your experience with mental health concerns. I practice from a place of collaboration and teamwork - relying on you as your own best expert! We will set therapy goals and begin our work. I practice utilizing a blend of ACT, CBT, and Solution Focused concepts to build emotional regulation, effective problem solving, and understanding the function behind emotions and thoughts.
