About us
At CleanSlate, we believe that addiction is a chronic disease that can be successfully treated with a combination of medicine and behavioral therapy. That’s why our unique treatment program was born. Each patient is prescribed a medication to help them through their recovery. We also require that they receive behavioral therapy from one of our recommended counseling programs in their community.
