I called the day the service went out and the were very helpful. Considering their courteous service and the fact that they can come in the evening with no extra charge, I definitely would recommend them.
Overall I think the service is great. I also had a very bad thing to me a few days after getting the AC serviced and they were very understanding and are currently working with me as I get things straightened out. I can't say any other service would have been that helpful to me. I sincerely appreciate them for that.
