About us

Family Tree Health Clinic, P.A. is now becoming CLS Health South Shore Primary Care Clinic! We are located on South Shore Blvd., south of the intersection of Marina Bay Dr. and South Shore Blvd., on the east side of the street. Our office is conveniently located six minutes away from the five-corner intersection of FM Rd. 518 East, Egret Bay Blvd., and Main St.

Our primary care physicians are accepting new patients at this time. We offer a full range of primary care services, and we can treat, diagnose, prescribe, and refer you to a specialist if needed.
