CLS Health is Houston’s largest physician-owned, physician-managed healthcare group with a mission to provide outstanding medical care to patients at our League City Primary Care Clinic. Our League City primary care providers and family medicine providers offer comprehensive general care, treating common illnesses and chronic conditions such as colds, headaches, diabetes, and high blood pressure. We also offer preventive services, including weight loss management, vaccinations, and annual physical exams.

The CLS Health Primary Care Clinic in League City is located on South Shore Blvd., south of the intersection of Marina Bay Dr. and South Shore Blvd., on the east side of the street. Our office is conveniently located six minutes away from the five-corner intersection of FM Rd. 518 East, Egret Bay Blvd., and Main St.
