About us
We provide premium, Reformer-based group Pilates classes, true to Joseph
Pilates' original intentions. Our dynamic class sessions are available at a variety of
levels and at convenient class times.

We're people from all walks of life. Real people. Passionate people. People who
have learned that on the journey, it's best to stay flexible. Pilates is for everybody
who wants to do life.
WHERE WE'RE GOING
Our goal is ambitious, yet simple: We want to fulfill Joseph Pilates' dream of
bringing his practice to every person who can benefit from a stronger body and
a more balanced life.
