About us
My name is Chris P. and I'm the owner of CMP Home Inspections LLC in South West Florida. I grew up with my father working in the trades and was always there to help. As I got older, I realized that I loved the complex problem-solving that working in the trades presented me. I've spent years doing remodeling, electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry, HVAC service, and installs which have given me a very well-rounded knowledge of household systems. I decided to start my own home inspection company after seeing friends and family members buying houses with unnoticed issues that cost them thousands of dollars to repair. Seeing their frustration and not wanting others to experience that is what made me determined to become InterNACHI certified.
