Debra Layne, PT and Julie Byrt, MS PT established the clinic in 2001 with the mission to provide the highest quality physical therapy to Louisville and the surrounding areas. (We were rated the 6th most successful Physical Therapy clinic after just one year of operation) The state of the art facility is centrally located near old Louisville's main street on South Boulder Road and Via Appia. Coal Creek PT only employs the most qualified and experienced rehabilitation specialists. All of the therapists hold Masters or Doctorate degrees and have additional specializations in orthopedic, manual, and manipulative care. We specialize in treatment of orthopedic, sport and occupational injuries to the spine and extremities. Other specialties include vestibular rehabilitation, orthotic therapy, pre and post natal care for orthopedic and incontinence issues, and rehabilitation for pediatric injury and/or developmental delay. We also provide excellent pre and post-operative care. What makes us different? All skilled interventions are performed by a licensed physical therapist. You will stay with the same therapist throughout the duration of your care to ensure continuity and efficiency, unless you choice to change therapists. We are open 7am-6pm for your convenience. We can get you scheduled within 24 hours to start your therapy. We accept most insurance plans and will get your care authorized and billed to insurance for you.
