In 1892 Ludwig Weber founded Weber Brush Company to produce brushes for many industries in Pennsylvania. Today we continue to be a leading manufacturer of tufted industrial brushes. Cocker-Weber Brush Company has always produced brushes to the highest standards both by hand and by machine. In 1917 Ludwig Weber merged with Frederick Cocker to enhance their ability to provide to the manufacturers in the greater Philadelphia region. This included the Philadelphia Ship Yard, The Boeing Company, The Budd Company, E. I. duPont de Nemours & Company and many others. Cocker-Weber participated in the early development of the computer industry by producing brushes integral to RCA tape drives. Cocker-Weber operates globally with its headquarters and production facilities located in Telford Pennsylvania.
