Alexandra "Codie" Borsboom, NP is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and practiced as an RN for 5 years before obtaining her master's degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
