I have over twenty years of experience, a Ph.D. in marriage and family therapy, a Master's degree in counseling, am licensed as a marriage and family therapist (also trained in individual counseling). My expertise is in helping individuals with depression and anxiety or general unhappiness, as well as couples counseling, family therapy and/or child abuse issues. I also love coaching high achievers to even higher levels of achievement!
