College Diabetes Network

CDN enables and encourages students to create support networks at their school. These networks are then registered with CDN and a site is created for that school which includes all of their meeting information, information specific to that school/university, as well as contact information for the students who run the network at that school. This information can then be easily accessed by members as well as prospective high school students and parents who are interested in a particular college/ university.
