Collierville Family Health is a privately owned family medicine practice owned by Shoaib Qureshi, MD, in Collierville, Tennessee. Family Nurse Practitioner Lauren Reilly, MSN, FNP-BC, sees patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.
Dedicated to providing patient-centered primary care, Mrs. Reilly builds long-term relationships with her patients, helping them manage all of their health needs through every stage of life.
From annual physicals to vaccinations, Collierville Family Health cares for all general health needs. This includes routine physicals, sports physicals, well-child exams, and Medicare annual wellness exams.
Mrs. Reilly also offers chronic disease management and specializes in diabetes care. Additionally, the family medicine practice provides weight-loss services, prescribing medications as needed to help patients meet their goals.
Mrs. Reilly performs well-woman exams, routine pap exams, and breast exams and provides birth control counseling and prescriptions. To help patients get the right care for those unexpected illnesses, Collierville Family Health has rapid testing for the flu, COVID-19, and strep. They also provide sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing.
