Collins & Collins, P.C., Attorneys at Law, is an Albuquerque based law firm conveniently located in downtown Albuquerque adjacent to the Metropolitan, State and Federal Courts. Our primary practice is in the area of personal injury and wrongful death. We represent personal injury and wrongful death claims throughout New Mexico. We handle a wide spectrum of personal injury and wrongful death claims with the bulk of our cases being in the area of medical malpractice, auto accidents and slip and fall accidents. We offer a free case evaluation and there is never an attorney fee on our personal injury and wrongful death cases unless we recover for our clients. In addition to our personal injury practice, we also handle criminal and DWI defense, and divorce and family law matters. Our practice in these areas is limited for the most part to Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
