Colonial Courier Service in Maumee, Maumee is AWEFUL!!! They were given specific delivery instructions to deliver between 10am and 6pm. They attempted delivery at 9am then acted as if our business was at fault for them delivering at an incorrect time, and told us we would have to wait for a later delivery. At 5pm we called and spoke to a man who told us the driver was delayed but he would be there soon. At 6:45 we called again and spoke with a woman who told us the driver was delayed but would be there soon. She very reluctantly called the driver to see how long soon was, it was going to be another 20 minutes. 7:10?! We asked to reschedule delivery and the woman said yep, sure and hung up the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.
