Welcome to Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. Our facility was established in 1987 by Doreen and Robert Frank to provide physical therapy and sports therapy to patients in East Greenbush NY, Albany NY and the surrounding areas. We specialize in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, industrial injuries and adult neurological conditions.



Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. has two offices in East Greenbush/Schodack and Valatie/Kinderhook to conveniently serve residents of Rensselaer, Albany and Columbia counties. Each location is staffed by licensed physical therapists and certified physical therapist assistants. Owners Doreen and Robert Frank graduated from Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY in 1981. The entire staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. is committed to quality care. We regularly attend continuing education programs, which enables us to stay current on the latest and most progressive rehabilitation techniques to provide our patients with the best care possible.
