About us

Combinati is a biotechnology company based in Palo Alto, California. We developed the next-generation digital PCR system, Absolute Q®, which offers unparalleled and absolute quantification in various laboratory applications, including rare target identification, copy-number-variation (CNV), gene expression, and more.

Using a patented Microfluidic Array Partitioning (MAP) technology, our PCR device ensures accurate and real-time PCR analysis, as well as automated sample partitioning with minimal sample waste. The Absolute Q® is the only platform that can analyse more than 95% of each loaded sample.

Combinati’s team of application scientists also experimented on Absolute Q®’s flexibility to optimize iterative qPCR assays and other applications that require lower throughput.
