Worst front desk staff I have ever encountered in my life. I could not believe people can be treated with so much disrespect in todays era. The hotel itself was cheap no wonder their rates are cheap. I was ok with the maintainace of the hotel until the service experience. I really dont want to say anything bad, but I do not want anyonw else to encounter this type of staff especially if your stay is ment to be relaxing. Do yourself a favor and call first just to hear how they answer the phone, when they decide to answer. There is a Holiday Inn Express next door and my husband and I checked out of the Comfort Suites and checked into the Holiday Inn to be greated with their usual friendly welcoming staff and fantastic hotel.
