Caroline uses her personal experiences with chronic illness and early attachment wounding to fuel her passion for mental health and self-development; sparking a strong academic background in the field of psychology and mental health.

Completing a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Applied Mental Health Services from Florida Atlantic University laid a solid foundation in understanding various therapeutic approaches that underline the range of human behavior and emotion. Following that, pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University honed her skills and knowledge in providing counseling services to those in need.

Caroline takes a holistic approach to mental health. By considering complex developmental difficulties, such as attachment wounds and survival adaptations, she is able to better understand and support her clients. Challenging their core belief systems and facilitating authenticity, she aims to empower individuals to heal and restore agency, purpose, and connection in their lives.

Helping individuals struggling with substance misuse in addiction treatment settings demonstrates Caroline's commitment to making a positive impact on people's lives. Her experience in private practice, specifically working with young teens and adults, allows her to address emotional dysregulation using both traditional and nontraditional therapeutic approaches.
