Community Integration Support Services

Community Integration Support Services LLC (CISS) helps children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live successfully in their community by providing support services that promote safety and dignity with a person-centered approach.

Our goal is to obtain optimal individual independence, health, and quality of life. Through our Supported Living Services, CISS provides care in the home and opportunities of integration in the community, expanding prospects of choice and self-determination while encouraging family involvement.

Our Philosophy
It is our philosophy to collaborate with the individuals we serve, their team members, medical professionals and community resources to obtain their desired outcomes and dreams. We firmly believe that emphasizing the individual’s abilities and providing community integration opportunities with a positive, caring approach are key to an individual’s personal success.

Our Staff
Our professional staff receive comprehensive training on the individual’s needs, federal and state regulations, and current approved practices of habilitation. In addition, we have extensive experience with Medicaid Prior Authorization which enable us to provide care to individuals with acute medical conditions.
