About us
Since 1995, Community Living Options (CLO) has provided high-quality residential and in-home services for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and medical needs. With over 50 homes and services across East Central Minnesota, CLO empowers individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Licensed as a Rule 245D: DD, CADI, and BI waivered provider and as an Adult Foster Care/Community Residential Setting provider, CLO offers group home care, in-home support, and independent living services.
