Community Reach Center

Community Reach Center is a large community mental health center based in Adams County, Colorado, with many locations in Brighton, Commerce City, Thornton, Northglenn, and Westminster, and also serving parts of Boulder County, Jefferson County, and Broomfield County. We offer a wide range of mental health services and behavioral health care for crisis, substance abuse, depression and other mental illnesses; providing support, treatment and counseling for children and adults.
