I will go above and beyond to make sure my clients and my caregivers are taken care of. I will expect nothing but the best for my clients. Quality care, compassion, and dignity! My plan is to charge the client less and pay the employee more. I have seen a lot in my many years in this line of work. I have seen what works and what doesn’t. I plan to grow but only so far. I intend to build a small family-oriented compassionate team. I intend to know all my staff and all my caregivers personally. I will always be involved and unlike a lot of other agency owners, I will be out there working in the field alongside you all. I will always be available to help with whatever I can. I am here to try to make a difference in the lives of my clients/patients and my staff.
