Computer Ties provides full-service IT support, managed services, cybersecurity tools, workstation/server maintenance, network configuration, Microsoft 365 administration, and business technology consulting for small businesses and government offices across Jackson County. We offer remote help desk support, on-site technical service, new device deployment, firewall and router configuration, business continuity solutions with Cove backups, SentinelOne EDR, AgileBlue SOC monitoring, and professional project planning. Our repair center is open Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, offering hardware diagnostics, component replacements, and custom desktop builds.
