My friend and I enjoy running. There was this time when we were running around the neighborhood when he suddenly tripped and was complaining that he was so dizzy. Thankfully, there was a US Healthworks clinic nearby. The doctor found out that he was dehydrated and immediately provided medical treatment. It was great to know that help is just around the corner.
