My chest has been heavy for a week, and I've been feeling a little off, so I decided to drop by the US Healthworks Sacramento Downtown Center. The doctor examined me and asked a few questions. He said that my heart rate's way beyond normal, and that I should quit smoking and coffee. He also signed a medical certificate that I can show to my boss when I ask her to transfer me to the day shift. Very thankful!
