My complaint against the Conley Tree & Chipper Service was premature. I understand now that when they did not leave chips from my newly cut tree, it was because the trunk was too large. He did promise to bring chips from other trees to replace said trunk, but I did not realize at the time that it would not be immediately. I should have trusted that he'd keep his word.
Within less than a week's time, Mr. Conley delivered even more chips than my tree could have made. I am a perfectly happy and satisfied customer. He was cutting trees down in a neighborhood up the road from my house and, as he earlier had stated he would, he not only more than delivered, but offered more chips whenever he has work nearby.
The three men who worked for him were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after the operation. I should have mentioned during my not so positive review Mr. Conley's kind suggestion to saw off two or three branches of another tree. He had noticed these...
