About us
At Connected Health we believe everyone has the right to be treated like their time is valuable, their health is as important to us as it is to them, and that their doctor’s office truly cares about them.
Our CEO and co-founder, Betty Rich, RpH, was involved in specialty pharmacy before developing the Connected Health concierge medical model. Specialty pharmacy is a much more involved relationship between the patient and pharmacist. Betty saw the benefits of having a high-touch relationship with her clients and began exploring concierge primary care health models.
