About us
Connor Rezzonico, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Connor began his career in community mental health, gaining valuable experience working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. This foundation shaped his comprehensive, empathetic approach to care, one that looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. While Connor has deep expertise in medication management, he strongly believes in a holistic treatment model. His care plans often incorporate sleep hygiene, nutrition, exercise, and other non-pharmacologic interventions to help patients achieve their best possible outcomes.
