Welcome to Cookie’s Cutters, A Graceful Hair Salon, a woman owned business offering you the grace and beauty of the Orient right here in Scotts Valley!
Cookie was trained in Seoul, South Korea. She has been working in the the beauty industry for 20 years in Asia and over 10 years in California. She continues her education in Cosmetology with many seminars and shows, paying attention to the cutting and coloring demonstrations. She's also one of the best at perms and event styling in the area.
