Coop's Carpet Cleaning in Briarforest, Houston is Great - if you love moldy carpets.‎‎ It has been 3 days since Super Steam visited and my socks are still getting wet when I walk on the carpet - that means 3 days of mold growth. BTW, I was quoted a 2 hour dry time and extended drying times are not their concern as I was very rudely informed. If they want to improve on their business model they should leave blowers for each carpet area for 1-2 days onsite to help improve drying. A simple solution. My house loaded with mold and the carpets will need to be replaced - great savings :(. To follow up, it has been 6 days since they left and the carpets will indeed need to be replaced. My allergies are through the rough and the place just stinks. Avoid Super Steam at all cost.
