During the recent trimming and removal of trees in my front yard, we encountered problems with the City's permitting, then water lines running under the tree being removed, and frozen valves. None of these problems were in any way your fault, but you took it upon yourself to solve each one in a professional and quick manner while staying with your original quotation.
