Cornbread Restaurant & Bar (formerly known as Beans & Cornbread) has been serving the heart and soul of Southern cooking since 1997. The Best Soul Food award-winning restaurant fuses southern roots with an epicurean influence in traditional favorites and low country cuisine. In addition to traditional soul food, Cornbread also offers vegetarian options. Cornbread provides a unique upscale casual dining experience, featuring a quaint wine & martini bar. Cornbread has appeared on the Chew, Food Network, Detroit Fox TV 2 “Cooking School” and in the 2012 remake of the movie Sparkle filmed in Detroit.
