Cornell Forage specializes in metal and alloy forging. We offer in-house tooling which allows us to improve lead times and overall costs. Since we aren't sending products out to others for further work, we can ensure the work is done with quality, precision and done in a timely manner. The types of forging we can complete are impression die forging and closed die hot forging. Those metals include carbon/alloy steel and stainless steel. We also other value-added services which include heat treatment, magnaflux inspection, plating/painting, hardness testing, machining, shot blast cleaning, and assembly.
