We focus on serving the needs of quality oriented independent Italian restaurants and pizzerias.
Corto Olive is owned by the Cortopassi family. Our other company offers the highest quality,
most consistent Fresh Packed canned tomato products for restaurateurs in the US and Canada – Stanislaus! Our family has made olive oil for seven generations, first in Lucca, Italy, and now in California.
That is why we say Corto is “Rooted in Italy and Raised in California."
