Hotel:-
We have 60 rooms at our property. One queen bed or one king bed or 2 queen beds. We also have a handicapped room and our suite has a king size bed with a 2 person jacuzzi tub. We offer clean affordable rooms and our property is completely non smoking. We have cable TV. Outdoor plug ins. Truck parking. Business Center. Free WiFi We offer for breakfast, biscuits and gravy, Belgian waffles with toppings, cereals which include raisin bran, cornflakes and fruit loops, breads are white, wheat and raisin. We also offer danish or muffins and peanut butter and jelly. We serve yogurt with toppings during the summer months. Tea, coffee, orange and apples juice is also served with our breakfast We offer fresh popcorn and ice water in our front lobby every evening for our guests and of course the coffee is always on. We are also accept limited pets and love to have our furry friends stop by the desk to say hi.

Conference Center:-
Our Cottonwood Room has an overall square footage of 2937. For smaller events it can be divided into our individual Nebraska, Dakota or Iowa rooms. Our experienced team will help from start to finish for the perfect event. Create your own floor plan with our specialized software. You can pick your own DJ or photographer or caterer. We do have information on all of these vendors but please feel free to pick whomever you want for your event. We have three 70 inch flat screens in our main room. We offer Audio and visual equipment. Beverages available upon request. Cash bar available. Caterers kitchen included. Centerpieces, linens available for rent. Bring your own food or use the caterer of your choice. Ethernet. Movable dance floor. Tear down and set up included. 20 Electric Outlets (including floor mounted) for conference setting per room.
