I pre-purchased pellets from Nash in July 08. Despite frequent phone calls and visits requesting my pellets and numerous promises from the owner, I still have to receive my full delivery. I finally received 1 ton of my 3 ton order after I SCREAMED at the owner. When he delivered the ton, he promised to have the other 2 there the following business day. I took the day off to manage the delivery but he did not show. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attonery Generals' office. Avoid Nash at all costs. Personally, I think his method of doing business is fraudulent and I'm looking into other legal options.
