About us
After being well received in Oklahoma City Cowboy Chicken Edmond opened in the Bryant Square shopping center in May of 2018. We pride ourselves on serving delicious all-natural rotisserie chicken in a friendly atmosphere. We love being a part of all the great communities that we operate in, as a member of both the Oklahoma City and Edmond Chambers of Commerce and by supporting our friends over at Camp Fire Heart of Oklahoma to help educate children through outdoor education. Come in and enjoy our signature dishes within an authentic atmosphere centered on the art of cooking over a real wood-burning fire.
