A person's heart stops pumping blood, making the victim unconscious and unresponsive. In most cases, most victims of cardiac arrest do not experience/feel symptoms. It can happen to anyone at any time, and at any given age. To restore the heart's rhythm, a shock from an AED is needed. In the absence of such equipment, effective administration of CPR can greatly increase a person's chance to survive this silent killer.

Our classes are held every Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 5 pm.
